Chill,tidy tenant+gentle cat looking for a home

Hi! I’m looking for a good-sized room to rent in Harrow, ideally in a friendly household with access to a small outdoor space for my cat.

A bit about me:
I work within the NHS and am based in Harrow. I lead a fairly active lifestyle and usually do short home workouts a few times a week (I have my own weights and mat). I enjoy cooking at home, and I’m definitely a tea and coffee enthusiast. I’m not a party person at home, but I do enjoy socialising.

About my cat:
I have a small, gentle, and quiet cat who is used to having outdoor access.

As a tenant:
I’m clean, respectful, and responsible. My cat is well-behaved, low-maintenance, and doesn’t scratch furniture or cause damage. I’m happy to offer an additional pet deposit or arrange a meeting if needed. My pet’s wellbeing is very important to me, and I always ensure both the property and those around me are respected.

I’m happy with a part-furnished room, but I’m also open to unfurnished as I already have some items, so I can be flexible.
