Looking for a room in a friendly flatshare!

Helloo! I’m Yasmin, Brazilian and 22 years old (turning 23 this year). I recently finished my master's at King's and started working as a corporate intelligence analyst in King’s Cross.

I’ve been living in the UK for the past six years and in London for the past four. I’ve been sharing a flat with the same person during my time here, and we became very good friends through flat sharing. Now, we’re going our separate ways as she’s moving in with her boyfriend.

A little bit about me!! :)
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on my bike, out for a run, or in a coffee shop with a book. I’m also into hiking and often try to take weekend trips to explore new trails. Occasionally you may find me pulling out dance moves in a colourful jumpsuit. Ahhh I like cooking too!

What I’m looking for:
Ideally, I’d love to live in a house/flat with two or three other people in a friendly, social atmosphere. I have a good social circle here, but I’d like to be friends with my flatmates and have a place that feels like home—not just a room to rent.

The practical bits:
* My budget is around £1,000 excluding bills (or £1,200 including bills), but I can stretch it a little for the right place and people.
* I work from home one to two days a week.
* I am looking for something long-term (at least 1 year)
* I like to keep things tidy and appreciate living with people who clean up after themselves (though I understand that life gets in the way sometimes!).
* Dates: starting 1st few weeks of May! Ideally first week.
* Location-wise, I’d love to be in East, North, or North-East London (Zone 2). A few areas I’m keeping an eye on: Stoke Newington/Clissold, Vicky Park, Haggerston, around Finsbury Park, Chalk Farm…
