Room or buddy up wanted for May/April

I'm looking for a new home to move into sometime between mid-April and May 7. Looking for a long term unfurnished room in North/East (Leyton, Walthamstow, Seven Sisters, Finsbury Park, Haringay etc) but will consider SE (New Cross/Peckham).
£950 max excl. bills, ideally ~£800.

I'm a queer lefty 30-yo woman (she/her) who works in research publishing. I'm looking for a warm, respectful home and I'm a considerate, clean and communicative housemate 🪴 I come with homebaked bread and solidarity. I WFH a few days a day week but keep quite busy and like to gym and see friends, but also stay in cooking and watching films. I also have a great library of memes!

I have a very cuddly outdoor cat, Sniff, so need a place with a garden or on the ground floor. Would love to hear from you if you have a room or want to buddy up!
