Looking for a Third Flatmate / Buddy Up

We’re Amina (24) and Esme (25) and we’re looking for a third flatmate to join us when our current contract ends on 9th June (move-in around end of May / early June).

We’ve been living together for about a year with one of our other friends, but she’s going travelling this summer 😣 ✈️ and we’re now looking for someone lovely to join us.

Ideally we’d love to meet beforehand (coffee or brunch date ☕️🥐) and then either look for a new place together or renew our current flat if it works for everyone.
We’d ideally love to stay in East London 📍 but we’re open to other options too

A bit more about us:

I work in marketing and Esme works in fashion. We’re both quite social and love staying active whether it’s gym, Pilates, running, long walks, or coffee shop hopping ☕️🧘‍♀️🏃‍♀️. But we also love cosy nights in, cooking together, watching something, and the occasional girls’ night 🍝🍷💞.

We’re both clean, respectful, and mindful of each other’s space, and would love to live with someone with a similar vibe

We’re looking for:
- Someone around a similar age and friendly, respectful, and easy to live with
- Ideally also interested in living in East London
- Budget of £1,000+ per month (excluding bills)

Move in date: end of May/early June
