Room in a house share

I've recently accepted a job offer based in Pulborough and I’m looking to find a room preferably in a house share.

A little about myself:
I love being outdoors whether that's hiking climbing sailing or playing sports. I’m usually a very sociable person although I certainly do like some time to myself. I love all pets although I’m more of a dog person but very happy with anything. I have no allergies or dietary requirements. I'm generally a very tidy organised person and having worked as a carpenter in construction I'm fairly handy as well.

What I’m looking for:
Reasonable budget for the area, bills included would be nice, parking is a must as I will be bringing my own car. Always nice to live with people who have similar interests but open to all. I love cooking so it would be very nice to have a reasonable kitchen with cabinet and fridge space. Somewhere with outdoor space would be a massive bonus!
