Looking for someone to buddy up with

Hello! I’m looking for someone to buddy up with (I prefer living with only one flatmate) in searching an apartment starting from early June (£600-£650/m excluding bills & council tax). I work full-time in MediaCity. It would be nice to find something close but I’m open to suggestions in terms of location as long as it’s well connected and not too far from the city centre.

About me: I’m 23yrs old and currently working as a Development Officer across five museum sites. I have a hybrid work schedule. Most of the time I’ll be in the office, but I’m working from home at least one day a week (depending on the weather honestly!).

I like cooking all my meals and staying active (ideally would love to have a gym nearby). I do make an incredibly delicious pizza (from scratch might I add) and a to-die-for tiramisù. Also, I come with a supply of good coffee. I do make the time to tidy up and clean. I don’t like living in a messy flat or waking up to a sink full of dirty dishes, so I’m always conscious of cleaning after myself and would appreciate someone who does the same. I’m interested in a flatmate with whom is easy to communicate and likes to keep a clean, peaceful and cosy home.
