Looking for a room or buddy-up in Edinburgh from late September or early October 🏡

I’m planning to relocate to Edinburgh and I’m looking for a room or to buddy up and find a place together.

• 🏠 Property type: Ideally a house or a large flat with a garden and parking
• 📆 Move-in date: Late September or early October

👋 About me:
I’m 27 and a mental health nurse moving up from London. I’m hoping to find a friendly and welcoming living situation. I value a balance between being sociable, sharing the occasional meal, exploring the city, or a cosy movie night, and respecting each other's personal space.

🐾 Pet-friendly needed: I have a lovely, well-behaved dog who will be coming with me. I know this can be a consideration, but my dog is friendly and easygoing. Unfortunately, no other pets, although another dog might work if they get along.
