My name is Jonny, and I am currently looking for a lovely place to live with the right person who takes pride in their home.

I have sold my house having lived in the same town for the last 36 years, and don't want to be tied down to one specific place anymore (change is good).

I spend quite a few weekends away at my villa in Sardinia (Italy) so wouldn't be under your feet all the time ☺️

I am a Business Development Manager in the textiles industry so my job also requires me to travel sometimes too.

How could I add value to you as a tenant:

- I am cleanly (will help out with extra chores if needed.
- I respect peoples privacy.
- I don't smoke.
- I don't party .
- I'm sociable and will make time for people.
- I know the little things matter (for example you've had a busy day I'd be happy to cook, call and see if you need anything from the shop when I'm on my home from work, even a simple conversation goes along way).
