Room wanted

I'm a 43-year-old , a small business owner in the UK. I'm currently in process of selling my house due to my family moved to abroad, and I'm looking for a room, anex or studio to rent on a recurring short-term basis, likely starting around September, contingent on the completion of the house sale. My work requires me to be in the UK for approximately 3 weeks every 7-8 weeks, totaling around 4 months of the year. My stays will not coincide with Christmas, Easter, or school half-term holidays. I'm a tidy, respectful, non-smoking and non-drinking individual who generally keeps to himself. I'm also reasonably handy with DIY and wouldn't mind lending a hand with small tasks around the house and garden when time permits.
