My tenancy is coming to an end on 13/10, so need a new place!
I have flexibility of a week or two before but need something firm by the 13th.
Budget-wise: £900-1000 is about what I would like to pay for rent though I’m happy to go higher if bills are included or there is something else compelling.
What I am after:
Nice folks - I enjoy a getting a beer every so often or just catching up in the kitchen.
I’ll be wfh some of the week so housemates that get that & enough space for desk & dual monitors (I struggle to work without).
I’m pretty conscious on noise at night, everyone needs their sleep!
About me:
I work as an Accountant/IT consultant, I enjoy reading, some cycling, and doing stuff in London.
