My name is Daniel Ordoñez, and I’m a 29-year-old PhD student in robotics from Colombia. I’m currently studying in Genova, Italy, and will be coming to Edinburgh for a six-month exchange at Heriot-Watt University. I’m looking for a room from April 1st to September 30th.
Outside of my studies, I enjoy climbing, dancing, drawing, and sculpting. I speak Spanish, English, German, and some Italian. I’m a tidy and organized person, especially in shared spaces, but I’m also easygoing and adaptable when it comes to living arrangements.
If you know of any opportunities, I’d love to hear more! Also, as a bonus, I can cook some great Colombian dishes and even teach a bit of salsa—though if you’d rather learn about robotics instead, I can make that happen too (no guarantees that it’s as fun as dancing though).
