22, Professional | en-suite room *Buddy-up*

Hey,

I’m Chloé (also go by Amara). I’m 22 and I’m looking to buddy up for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in East/South East London, possibly elsewhere if the commute isn’t too long. I’d like to move in by the end of April.

My budget is £950 - £1150 excluding bills (£1300 all inclusive). I’m looking for an double or larger ensuite room in particular

I work as a project manager/producer at a creative agency based in Shoreditch (hence the location preference). My working pattern is hybrid so I’d probably be working at home 2-3 days a week. I love reading, going to the gym, staying in but also a good day party, a good TV show, and great food ✨

I’m a Christian, I don’t smoke so would prefer to live within a non-smoker. I’d also prefer not to live with pets. I really appreciate a clean space so I’ll always do my part to keep the space sparkling.
