Creative & clean professional - need a flatmate?

Hi! I’m Bea, a 29 year old creative working in the fashion industry, starting a new role on the 23rd Feb (3 days in the office 2 WFH)). I’ll usually be sewing, oil painting or at the gym in my spare time.

Looking for lovely housemates who are clean, communicative and enjoy a calm but fun and friendly atmosphere at home (huge plus if you love pets as much as me!)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Living with lovely people: I love to cook/bake for people I live with, movie nights etc.
- Cat friendly: ideally with some sort of outside space.
- Large windows or lots of natural light.
- Homely space: ideally somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a house share.
- Under 10 min walk to a tube station.

BUDGET:
Around 1k per month.

LOCATION:
Looking for a place in South London, eg: Ealing, Balham, Battersea, Tooting, Dulwich, Nunhead, Brockley. but I’m not fixed on location as long as it’s commutable to Kings Cross.

TIMEFRAME: Can be flexible on move in date as I’m living with my partner in Richmond at the moment, more important to find the right place with the right people rather than rushing into anything.
