PhD Student Female seeks a ensuite room

Hi! I'm a female PhD student at King's College London (Denmark Hill campus), looking for a room in a 2-bed 2-bath flat around SE5 / Camberwell.

I'm quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I tend to keep regular hours — mostly working during the day and home in the evenings. I'm happy to have a friendly but low-key household.

I'm looking to live with female housemates only. Happy to live with fellow students, or with professionals who are exempt from or willing to cover council tax — just keen to be upfront about this so there are no surprises.

Budget: around £1,000–1,100 pcm including bills.
Available from: late July, no later than 5 August.
