I am a professional female aged 42. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 12/05/2025 and have a budget of £1,100pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 30 and 50 years old.

I’ve been offered a job in central London near Victoria Station / Belgravia.

Looking for quiet, especially at night? A peaceful space is important to me so I can rest well and perform at my best at work.
Also, washing machine and dryer available for me is important and some wardrobe space . .

A little about me: I’m a friendly and quiet person who takes great care of the spaces I live in. My job involves travel, and I’m currently working as a Travelling Lady’s Maid but will be starting as a Wardrobe Manager in May near Victoria. Because of my work schedule, I’ll be away sometimes , and I always treat my home with great respect. Looking after high-end properties has always been part of my profession, and I would do the same for your home.

However, at the moment, my budget is max £1,100 per month. If you’re looking for a responsible tenant who will take great care of your home, I would be the perfect fit.

Would visitors be allowed occasionally? Just for quiet visits, nothing like a party. Most of my friends live in Brighton, so I would usually be away visiting them on weekends.
