We are Jessica and Gustavo, a warm and friendly couple excitedly looking for a cozy new place to call home!

A Little About Us:
Jessica is 34 years old and works as a beautician at her place (Jessica Maia Beauty at 1 kilburn Lane w10).
Gustavo, who is 42, work in healthcare at UCLH hospital on Euston Road.

Our Lifestyle: We're non-smokers, do not have pets, (But We love pets and it’s fine if you already have a cat or dog. We can do free walkings…rsrsrs). We deeply appreciate a clean, tidy and peaceful living space. To us, our home is a sanctuary, so we cherish a calm environment—no wild parties here!

What We’re Looking For:

We’re hoping to find a Studio or flat to share with another couple that values a peaceful, clean and smoke-free home like we do.

We are flexible on our budget for the right place!

- **Parking:** Having parking options is important to us—street parking with a permit would be ideal!

We’ve loved our current flat for the past five years, (NW10 5LG) turning it into a true home. Since our landlord is selling the property, we’re genuinely excited to find a new space where we can create more wonderful memories.

We’re happy to provide references from our current landlord or workplaces if needed. If you have a property that might suit us, we’d be so pleased to hear from you!
