A Little About Us
Jessica is 34 and works full-time as a beautician at W10.
Gustavo is 42 and works in healthcare at UCLH Hospital on Euston Road.
We are non-smokers, have no pets, and value a peaceful, tidy, and well-cared-for living environment. Our home is truly our sanctuary, so we appreciate calm surroundings—no loud gatherings or parties.
What We’re Looking For
We’re hoping to find a clean, peaceful flat in a smoke-free area. We are flexible with our budget for the right place and open to discussing details.
Parking is also important to us, and street parking with a permit would be ideal.
We have lived happily in our current flat for the past five years and have truly treated it as our home. As our landlord is now selling the property, we’re excited to find a new place where we can settle in and create new memories.
We would be more than happy to provide references from our landlord and workplaces if needed. If you have a property that may suit us, we’d love to hear from you!
