Hey! Looking for 1 flatmate for a 2-bed flat ASAP!

Hi there, my name is Jakov! I am 28yro from Croatia, working at an e-commerce start-up in growth/marketing.

I am looking for 1 other flatmate to search together for a 2-bed flat in Zone 1 ASAP

Preferably around SE1 postcode (South Bank), but also open to areas around such as Angel, Islington, Hackney, and Shoreditch. Looking for someone similar age between 26-35. Budget £1,000 to £1,350

(Also open to joining an existing flat share! Same details as above!)

Ideally looking for a new place to call home for ~2 years, so we can create a cozy and comfy vibe in the flat! (moving every year gets a bit tiring doesn’t it?)

Little about me

- I am quite easy-going and chill, love meeting new people, but also like my personal space (when my social battery dies off…)
- I love being active, I do gym 6x and run 2x a week. I watch A LOT of sports, ofc football being main one, but into basketball, handball, you name it!
- I work 3 days from home and 2 days office, so would prefer someone who isnt at home every day but rather goes office also a few times a week
- Very tidy, I like to keep all things clean (lived with two sisters my whole life :)
- I would say I am an ambivert - I like to catch up over a coffee / a meal (or a run!) now and then, but also enjoy private time to wind down, especially during busy weeks at work
- I've lived the past 4 years in Southwark area, liked it a lot because it's close to the river and lots of nice places around whether for coffee, gym etc.
- I love all types of music, from rap/rnb of 90s, to jazz, tech-house. So that's what you'll hear playing while cooking my fav pasta Bolognese! (which I'll share ofc!)
