Professional looking for a place to call home

Hey! I'm a mid-20s professional looking for a place to call home in London. I'm ideally looking for a studio or flat with an en-suite in a new build or newer building, and it must be furnished. Bills included would be a bonus, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

About me:

- Quiet, tidy, respectful, but easy-going and fun
- Moving to London for work, so I’ll mostly be out during the day
- I enjoy quiet evenings and sometimes hosting intimate gatherings or dinners, but I’m not into partying. Please, no party-heavy environments!
- I'm from Singapore and I’ve been to over 30 countries and love learning about new cultures. I can chat about almost any topic and enjoy photography, music, and dancing. Would be happy to accompany a future housemate to events or on a night out if we get along. Equally happy to keep to ourselves and interact minimally, as long as it’s respectful.
- I like everything to be clean and tidy, and I put a lot of effort into keeping it that way. I’d appreciate a housemate who feels the same.

Roommate preferences:
- Ideally, I’d prefer to buddy up with a female tenant, but I’m open to other arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
