Looking for Double Room (£700 - £800)

Hey, My name is Marcus and I am looking foe a double room in the following areas: Kingston, Surbiton, SW16, SW12, SW11, SW8, SW6, SW4, SW3, N17, N7 and N5. Also open to locations Zones 1 and 2 either North or South of the river.

Budget inc bills is around £700 / £800.

Looking for a new home, preferably with housemates that have a good house vibe, although not crucial, as long as the house is clean and those who live there friendly. At the moment I am working part time, and almost at the end of my degree.

I have lived in London for a while so am familiar with most areas. I am relatively easy going, equally enjoy socialising as well as having my own time. I am tidy, and respectful of others space and always clean in shared areas; I mean who likes washing up after eating?

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, checking out new pastry and coffee spots, brunch, walks, travel, bars, gym and defiantly always up for a roast dinner. I know some real good spots for roasts, coffee and pastries. Other interests include travelling, adventures, walking, science, hiking, LGBTQ+, music, going out, and nights in.
