28 year old professional female seeks double room

Hi! I am seeking a long term double room to rent in central Edinburgh. Area's I'm looking at include Marchmont, New Town, Calton and the top of Leith Walk. I'm a very friendly, kind, tidy and respectful person and flatmate. I love to keep a clean living space, and enjoy both my own quiet space and some company in shared spaces of a home. I am not a partier and work Monday to Friday. This is my first time living overseas and I'm open to building friendships with housemates if they also want this. I enjoy the beach, going for walks, pilates, reading, coffee, finding good places to eat and binging tv shows. I have lived with housemates throughout my 20's, including in Edinburgh. I'm looking to live with people who are respectful and also value keeping a clean living space. Please note I am coeliac (completely gluten free diet) and am seeking a housemate/s that will be respectful of my food safety requirements in a home. I understand this is not something everyone is aware of or can accommodate so I'll be discussing this straight away with anyone I speak to. Thank you!
