Quiet, considerate female tenant with 1 cat

About me:

I’m 31, and a highly considerate and respectful tenant. It would just be me and my cat, Enzo. I’m very tidy, quiet and simply looking for a peaceful place to call home with pride.

I currently live in London but originally from Sheffield. I’m a mature student studying English Literature with the Open University with plans to go into teaching.

I enjoy reading, writing, cooking and documentaries. Out and about I like to visit museums, art galleries, walks in the parks and to study in coffee shops and libraries. Here in London I particularly enjoy the theatre and self-guided walking tours.

What I’m looking for:

I’m looking to move back up north in a single flat or studio. Because I live in London I can only attend virtual viewings at this time. However if I really like the property and an in-person viewing is required to secure, this is something I would be happy to organise.

No shared living or kitchen spaces please. Ideally a little storage space like a cupboard or under the bed. I don’t drive so looking for walkable distance to amenities/bus stop/train station.
