I'm looking for a spare room to rent in Salford (I'm currently in another city), I need to move any day between 12 to 20 of April.
I'm currently on universal credit while looking for a job but also my local council will pay part of the rent, in which will be agreed on before signing the lease. Additionally I do have some savings just in case.
I try to be as clean and tidy as possible especially in common areas. I don't mind pets. I might want to book an appointment for a viewing or can be done via video call.
