F38 Looking for house share in North London

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flatshare to call home. A little about me:

✨ Female, 38, Latvian with British citizenship
✨ Working professional (Team Manager in Market Research), working from home around 3 days a week (strictly from my room), standard working hours
✨ Clean and very organised (comes with the job!), no BS
✨ Interests: Art, music, cinema, gym, city escapes
✨ Social but not a party animal

Bonus addition: My cat, Hugo! 🐱
He’s 11 years old, a flat-faced softy, incredibly well-behaved, and basically a living plush toy - he just sleeps and eats all day. No chaos, no scratching, he doesn’t really know how to use his teeth or claws... 😊

✅ Friendly and respectful cat friendly housemates, one or two other people max. Open with ages, genders and sexual orientations!
✅ A quiet, clean home (not a party house, but social vibes are cool!) without other pets
✅ Somewhere I can park nearby (street parking is fine, driveway is a bonus)
✅ Ideally a garden, patio or balcony
✅ Flexible with moving date, ideally looking to move around early October but happy discuss other options
✅ Can be furnished or semi-furnished, I just need a wardrobe and a bed.
