I currently live near Queens Road, Peckham and work in New Cross Gate, as a barista. I'm 43 and largely spend my evenings crafting, and weekends hiking or heading out to art exhibitions.
I can happily arrange a guarantor if you'd like that security.
I have previously lived as a lodger with a woman in Burnt Oak and can keep a place clean and cared for. I'm sure she will vouch for this in a reference.
Ideally I am looking for a space for three months while I plan my next move.
