A room in Telford wanted

I have been offered a new job in Telford earlier this month and this means I need to find some place to stay around there.
Am an easy-going, down-to-earth, reasonable, adaptable and predictable person.
I do not smoke. Drinking only occasionally a glass of wine or a bottle of beer.
I am looking for some clean and quiet place, preferably with a live in landlord and with some sort of a bike shed or garage space for my bicycle.
