Looking for wholesome people to share space with ☀

Hi future roomie!
I’m celebrating my 5-year London anniversary and I haven’t moved once. I’ve been incredibly lucky to find a super cozy house with a garden in a central location and housemates have become dear friends - but you know when you feel like you have outgrown a space and it’s time for something new? That’s where I’m at!
I’m looking for a spacious double (to fit a desk for hybrid work) in a 2 or 3-bed with good transport links to Holborn 💻 and London fun things 🎢

Great people a must, flexible on the location but I love south and east (eg kennington, bermondsey, oval, brixton, peckham, deptford, hackney, dalston, haggerston, stokey...). Somewhere that feels like a tight hug because the space is cozy, *clean* and the people lovely and community-oriented. Somewhere with culture. Somewhere close to the day to day things (shops, cafes, gyms, plus points for hot yoga studios). Would love some kind of outside space to soak up some ☀️. Extra plus points
for ensuites cause (hair) wash days are sacred (not a must though). From now-ish but timings can be flexible and I'd want it to be the *right* place before packing up my things. I’m open and excited to live with people from all walks of life and lifestyles as long as you’re open-minded, kind, and keen to make this a ✨ home ✨. Ideally no more than £1000-£1200 per room .

I'm an extroverted introvert with respect for people's boundaries, you'll see me in my plushy comfort robe a lot, I'm a great cook, have a playlist for every occasion, know all the good jazz spots in town, and will bring a wholesome vibe, cozy lights and lots of plants with me. I wouldn’t want a party house but I like celebrating the big things and for friends to come over for the occasional dinner party or games night.
