30yr old woman & dog looking for flatmate and flat

Hi I’m Jas, me and my dog Benji are looking for a nice, female flatmate to share with in Exeter, I’m fun and friendly but also autistic so i like my own space, Benji is very friendly and loves people but isn’t great with other dogs or cats, so ideally he’s like to be the only pet. We’d ideally like to find an affordable flat with a garden but we’re not too fussy about where, anytime from the end of June
