Professional (33M) looking for a relaxed place!

Hi!

I am a lecturer at Sussex Uni, looking for somewhere relaxed to live in Brighton / Lewes. I usually bike to and from campus so closer to Falmer is a bonus! I think I’m pretty easy to get along with – I’m friendly and easy-going, quiet and clean and tidy. I enjoy running and reading, and also spend some time (slowly) trying to learn Chinese.

My wife is a doctor in Cardiff so when I don’t have to be on campus I spend quite a lot of time back there – that includes quite a few weekends and holidays, depending on my teaching schedule and if there’s meetings I can’t avoid.

My current flatshare ends on the 24th May (because the landlord wants to be able to offer the room to a friend of theirs who’s struggling atm) but I can move earlier if that is more convenient.
