Looking For A 1Bed Flat/House (No Flat Share)

My name is Jayden from East London and I am a young professional looking to move out into a 1 bed flat/house within London.

I work full time in waste collection for the council of Tower Hamlets. I work nights mainly and I really love my job.

I'm not asking for much as I will be living on my own. My ideal future living situation would be living in a double room 1 bed flat and not open plan as I would like the kitchen separated for hygiene purposes. I prefer a balcony or a patio/garden but they are not requirements that I need, more so just a bonus. One thing I do require is good transport links and local amenities such as markets, shops etc.

I am not interested in having a roommate or being in a house/flat share, this is a dealbreaker for me. I want my own personal space and I can comfortably afford to live on my own, regardless if the bills are included in the rent price or not. I like quiet as I am an introvert myself.
