Young professional moving for work

Hello! I will be starting a new job (9-5, potentially hybrid work based at Edinburgh University) in mid-January and I am urgently looking for a room within walking distance or with very good transport links. I am British-Australian, 25 years old, I studied Ancient History and English at St Andrews, and I am now working in academic publishing. I am a pescatarian, but don't mind sharing with meat-eaters. I don't smoke, and I’m not a big drinker, but I love a social evening at the pub. I am not currently in a relationship. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I am into films, books, music, and history. I also love the outdoors especially a walk on the beach looking for sea-glass. I am new to Edinburgh and would love to make new friends, but I am also happy in my own company. I am looking for friendly flatmates, either all female or mixed household, who like to keep the house pretty clean, always sort the recycling, are happy to have a chat over a cuppa, and a movie night in every now and then, and are willing to show me where the best pubs are. My ideal flat would be in within a 30 min commute by public transport or walking from Edinburgh University, not far from a supermarket, have some greenery nearby, have a washing machine, dryer dishwasher and oven, and have a furnished or semi-furnished double bedroom, with bright natural light, fast wifi, importantly NO DAMP OR MOULD, double-glazing, and a bathroom with decent shower pressure. I would prefer somewhere with bills included, but I am flexible on this, depending on the price. I would prefer to live with no more than 3 other people. Also having LGBTQ+ friendly housemates is important to me. I bring the ability to bake good brownies, fun vibes, and many books and vinyls to a house share.
