Looking for a spare room or student house-share

Hey! I am a 23-year-old zoology student at the University of Sussex and I work part-time in retail. I am neurodiverse and queer. I am an equal mix of a quiet homebody and a social, pub-lover! I clean up after myself and am a strong believer in chore charts as routine helps me :). I vape but will do so outside if requested. I would like to invite friends over sometimes, but I will not be keeping you up late. It would be nice to make friends in the house too - have film and wine/gin nights, but I understand if people prefer to keep to themselves.
I am available immediately (given sufficient time to check things and decide). Let me know if you think we would make good housemates!
