Looking for a nice and tidy place to live :)

Hi, I’m Dina, 34, looking for a room in a clean, well-maintained shared property with all bills included.
I’m ideally looking in Woodhouse, Burley, Hyde Park, or Meanwood, with good access to public transport and essential amenities. My budget is £400–£500 per month, and I’m looking to move around 29th June.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, easy-going, and enjoy meeting new people, but I also really value my own space. I’m extremely tidy (bordering on very particular about cleanliness), respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Friends would probably describe me as warm, social, and occasionally funny in a way that sneaks up on you.

I’m looking for a calm, clean home environment with like-minded housemates who value respect, communication, and keeping things comfortable.
