Looking for a flatshare!

I am looking for a room in a flatshare, preferably a double room, in Shawlands. My ideal place would be bright, with sunshine coming through big windows, near Queen's Park.

I tend to be very tidy and enjoy living in a clean, clutter-free space, but I am also okay with it getting messy on busy days or occasionally ;). I enjoy going to coffee shops and nature walks. I can be very quiet and need my own space and privacy, and respect others' space too. But I enjoy socialising as well! I love deep talks and appreciate communal living vibes.

I’m a film production graduate and moved to Glasgow about a year and a half ago. I am also a freelance videographer. I love dancing both for fun and professional training. I love any nature adventures or walks in the park, dancing, yoga, and films…

I would like the flat to be LGBTQ friendly, this is important for me. I don't mind pets if it's a cat!! That would be the dream :)
My budget is between £400 and £500 max, excluding bills.
