Looking for a room , Edinburgh

Hello!

My name is Karyna. I’m 24 years old and originally from Ukraine, but I lived in Glasgow for the past three years. Over the last three months, I took some time off to travel and stay with my family in Ukraine. Now I’m planning to move to Edinburgh and I’m actively looking for a job, so I’ll be ready to move in as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a guarantor at the moment, so I’m looking for a sublet for one or two months before signing a longer-term tenancy.

In my free time, I love listening to podcasts (everything from true crime to psychology), watching documentaries, reading, and going for long walks—ideally with a good coffee in hand! I’m definitely a coffee lover, and I enjoy discovering new cafés.

I’m currently looking for a double room in Edinburgh. I’m not too familiar with the different areas yet, but I’d love to live somewhere with good transport links, nearby parks, and plenty of coffee shops.

Personality-wise, I’m friendly, sociable, and easy to get along with. I enjoy having a chat in the kitchen or going out occasionally, but I also really value personal space—both mine and other people’s. I’m respectful of everyone’s routines and always happy to contribute to a calm, clean, and comfortable home.
