Double room or annexe/Shepherds Hut /land WANTED

I'm looking for a place to live for 3- 6 months initially. Budget for rent and bills included is £550- £750. Per month

I'm looking for a place with good rail and public transport within waking distance of shops and a bus route nearby as will be using public transport . I can drive but have no car .

I need Somewhere quiet , with access to countryside , woodlands a beach with a friendly community vibe.

Currently in Penzance looking for my own place that would allow pets ( a dog / puppy ) as I need the company of animals to stay sane .

Either a one bed or two bed room apartment or flat with separate areas for living room /kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Not a bed sit .

somewhere I can treat as if it was my home An annexe/shepherds hut would be ideal however an apartment of flat would also work short term ( upto six months )

Also open to house share with females only , where pets are allowed .
I enjoy a bit of company but I don't need to be around people all the time . I like my own space and time to do my own thing , so easy going folk who are similar would be good .

I've been self employed creating a community based wild life habitat project for the last 4 years up in Manchester as well as peer led systems change in Manchester working with GMCA on housing recommendations with homeless people during lockdown.

. I am currently taking a time out due to bereavement and needing time to come to terms with my mother's recent death .

ideally love to live with friendly , chilled , creative people who live in , near or around communities where folk enjoy creative pursuits , local art classes , nature stuff.

I am looking to live in a female only household or in my iwn space.
LGBTQI friendly and neuro diverse ( Audhd). I like having practical projects to focus on as well as time for art projects . I have trained and qualified as an Embodied Relational therapist , Wild Therapy Practitioner and Advanced Flower and Vibrational Essence practitioner and I have a passion for the outdoors , rewilding and natures medicine . Id like to pick this up again proffessionally at somepoint but not in the right place too atm .

Cat called Bob . Who Id like to live with me if the tenancy were long term . However he is fine atm living with my son . Although I will miss him so if you have cats that would be good . I also love dogs and would be looking to rent a place that would allow me to have a dog.
