Description
Hi
I'm looking for a place to live for 3- 6 months initially. Budget for rent and bills included is £500-£600 for an annexe preferably but can do up to £950 for a good property. Looking more for a long term place to site my canvas tee pee tent ideally for £400 with access to mains water and washing facilities .
Need for a place with good rail and public transport within waking distance of shops and a bus route nearby as will be using public transport . I can drive but have no car .
I need Somewhere quiet , with access to countryside with a friendly community vibe.
Currently in Penzance looking for my own place that would allow pets ( a dog / puppy ) as I need the company of animals to stay sane .
I can't live in a normal house or flat however a place that is sheltered from wind and won't get waterlogged has access to drinking water and fire wood , that is in walking distance ( less than 15 minutes walk ) of a bus route , local shops and is sheltered and secure would work well a cabin /shepherds hut on natural wildish land would be perfect .
I lhave experience caring for dogs cats ponies donkeys and nature in general , and thrive better when i can live in contact with the land and nature .
So if you have a small holding , or keep horses /ponies or do permaculture type stuff I csn also volunteer some time to help oit
Also open to house share with females only , where pets are allowed .
I enjoy a bit of company but I don't need to be around people all the time . I like my own space and time to do my own thing , so easy going folk who are similar would be good .
I've been self employed creating a community based wild life habitat project for the last 4 years up in Manchester as well as peer led systems change working with GMCA on housing recommendations with homeless people during lockdown.
. I am currently on sabbatical due to bereavement with an ongoing income so rent and living costs aren't an issue .
ideally love to live with friendly , chilled , creative people who live in , near or around communities where folk enjoy creative pursuits , local art classes , nature stuff.
I need time to get to know people and am not a super sociable partying type - i like a chill vibe round a fire and to quietly get on with a new book I'm writing with some friendly interesting lively chat thrown in sometimes . Safety and trust is vital to me as is uninterrupted quiet for working and also where i can if i want , play my guitar and sing and do any craft projects I may have .
I don't do 9-5 . I tend to work when I I'm in a flow not when it suits others so I can't live with people stuck in the 9-5 loop .
If you have a cozy place in a calm space with good transport links to surrounding areas and think Id be a suitable candidate for your property please get in touch .
Thankyou 🌞🌼 Piksi
