Looking for a double en-suite / buddy up in London

Hi there!
I'm looking for a double room + en-suite(private and attached bathroom, not looking to share) in Zone 2/ 3 starting from mid-January or to buddy up and find a 2-bed 2-bath flat.
Preferences:
My budget is £1300 including bills. Open to stretching a bit.
Female only. Open to share a 2/3 bedroom flat. Relaxed, clean and tidy environment.
Preferably a building with onsite gym/ concierge or at least a gym in walking distance.
I'm a meat eater and cook/ meal prep 2-3 times a week and make sure to clean up after.

I'd love a friendly environment with a good balance of independent time as well as a catch up over wine or a movie!
