Mature 3rd year student to move in September ‘25

I am a friendly, polite, and clean individual looking for a room to rent in Preston or the surrounding area whilst I complete my degree (and possibly my Masters) at Myerscough University and UcLan. I am currently studying BSc (Hons) Equine Science (aka Horse Biology, Nutrition, and Management) with the hopes to go on to study MSc in Animal Physiotherapy to become a Veterinary Massage Therapist for horses.

I come with the added bonus of a rescue cat! His name is Oscar Cottonsocks, he is 9 years old, and a house cat. He is bathroom trained and well-behaved.

When I’m not working on my assignments, I like to read. I also enjoy hiking adventures, cross-stitching, and building Lego. I am described by society as “alternative” - meaning I have tattoos, piercings and wear mostly black or skater fashion. I love horror films, video games, and attending concerts. I would describe myself as an introvert but am sociable and confident.

Due to my degree, I do require Internet access to be able to complete my university studies from home. I don’t come with a lot of furniture but do have a lot of books, home decor, and collectibles. Oscar also needs a quiet and safe household with a steady routine due to his personality. Oscar already has everything he could want (and more!), as he is very high-maintenance (aka spoiled).
