Looking for a buddy up near Jewellery Quarter

Hey there, I am a manufacturing engineer and musician looking to move near the Jewellery Quarter before July 30th.

I do spend most of the time away from home, I got a music studio in the JQ and also spend a lot of time away with band stuff.
In the weekends I’m happy to go out every now and then

I’d like to rent a property that has got loads of natural light and will be kept neat and tidy, I am very organized and clean, especially in shared areas

My cat is super clean and he spends his day either sleeping at home or outside, he’s super friendly with humans and other pets.
