Single female professional plus dog seeking room

Hi there,

I’m seeking a friendly house share for me and my dog, Bella, from November. A large double room or annex, with space for a WFH set up would be ideal (I’m a self-employed Coach). Even better if there’s an en-suite! Open to rent £500+ (I’ve just put a rough figure in the ad).

I’m able to furnish the room if it’s not currently.

I have post-Covid asthma unfortunately, so cannot live with a smoker.

Some dog friendly garden space would be needed too, and I have some potted plants if you can spare them some room. I love gardening so happy to pitch in and help out there!

I’m clean, tidy, considerate, quiet but friendly, love cooking and a good chat over dinner. My hobbies are limited at the moment since my energy has gone into growing my business, but do enjoy hiking.

My dog, Bella, is a sweet, funny, affectionate girl. She’s a Mioritic Shepherd / Cocker Spaniel cross (medium sized dog, kept groomed). She’s 3 and can be lively sometimes. She takes to people fairly quickly so if you don’t mind losing your personal space to lots of cuddles you will love her company. A house move may unsettle her for a short time so if you’re patient I would be incredibly grateful while she adjusts. She loves other dogs but probably can’t live with cats as she tends to chase them.

I had been renting a 3 bed house for a number of years and still a few belongings from that, so a large space like an annex would be ideal. I would like to stay somewhere for about 6 months, perhaps up to a year while I consider where I want to settle in the Cardiff area.

It would be great to live in or fairly near to Cardiff as my business/coaching practice room is based there.
