40 YO looking for a double bedroom

***Clapham (South, Common, North, Junction) Brixton, Wandsworth, Tooting only please***

Hi there! I'm looking for a double bed room, can be with ensuite, don't really mind and ideally sharing with 2 people max. My budget will be around £1100 max ,but happy to chat/view if it's slightly more. No live-in landlords or land ladies please. I’m interested specifically in Clapham area (South, Common, North and Junction), Brixton, Balham, Wandsworth, and Tooting.

I've just turned 40 and have been living with a friend/live-in landlord in Clapham South for the last 2,5 years, however, he decided to move things up a level with his lovely gf and therefore she's moving in with a teenager - can't argue with that and I am actually very happy for them! BUT, that means I'm finding myself in a situation where I have to move out. Honestly speaking, I would like this next place to be my last rental place, as I will be looking to buy.

A bit about me, I'm very easy going, sociable, but also very chilled and like my own space, definitely not a party animal, but also love a glass of wine and some cooking/eating time with some company. I am a big foodie and I'm really into breath work/meditation. I'm quiet and that's what I'm kind of looking for as well, someone who isn't too loud and is aware of other people in the house/flat, basically respectful of each others spaces :)

I work for a fintech company based in Borough, I'm in the office one, or twice a week, so will be WFH 3-4 times a week. I'm a Product Marketeer, have been there for 2 years now. I love to travel, exercise (Be military fit outdoor exercise on the Common a few times a week), have been in Clapham for 10 years now. I am looking to move in January time, have no furniture except for a desk.
