Ii am looking for a room / property in Chesterfield on behalf of my son. He is currently working in Chesterfield (Brimington Rd for TC LTD as a Lab Tech) he does not drive and we live in Rotherham and travelling in is a nightmare. He is 30yrs old, he is extremely polite, friendly and respectful and he has used and stayed in spare room properties for past work (he worked away in lab’s during Covid at Loughborough and Alderley Edge for 3yrs+ so he is used to house sharing and being respectful of other tenants privacy, work/shift patterns regarding noise etc and he is a very clean and tidy person.
