Looking for a flatmate! 🏡

The lease on my current flat expires in June and I’m looking to move into a two bedroom apartment in Liverpool. I have all of my own furniture so currently seeking somewhere that is unfurnished.

It would be great to meet a flatmate before I pick a place so we could check out a few flats together. ☺️

Depending on the rent of the chosen property, I estimate that rent should come to around £650-750 each. That’s including basic bills, and some extras such as subscriptions and use of a coffee machine.

I’m a full-time professional working in arts and culture. I work from home two days a week. I’m organised and considerate. As a flatmate, I respect when people want their own space, but I’m always up for a movie night or having dinner together if we get along well 🧡
