Description
Non-smoking, vegan/vegetarian IT professional male aged 53 currently in between IT contracts and focused on app development before stepping into my next assignment.
I am looking for a modern ensuite double room in a flat or house within 15 mins walking distance of a tube station, (preferably in Zones 1-4), with high speed internet and all bills included.
Regular professionally contracted communal cleaning would be expected for shared flats/houses containing more than two tenants.
I am looking to move in from October 2025, and I have a budget of £800pcm max.
I would like to share with between 1-3 other quiet, respectful, sapient, mature male or female professionals aged 40-60 years old.
As I have unfortunately received messages from landlords/ladies regarding thoroughly incompatible shared homes, please note the following:
