Im chris ,39 ,looking for a spare room in a flat share or house share or either a bedsit or studio flat ,i dont mind but rather look for somewhere that people are within my age group late 30s /40s, im a shy male until someone gets to know me ,then i come out my shell ,i love 80s music ,i smoke when im out but never smoke in any building that i live in ,i like to watch tv retro comedy programmes ,ie keeping up appearances, or only fools and horses ,
And soaps ,too, i love outdoor space and the sea fresh air ,but i also like my own space too,
