Looking for a 2 room house/apartment share

I’m an easy-going yet motivated guy, I looking for 2 rooms, one for me, one for my 23 year old son, Kai.
I’m vegetarian, love to cook, cycle, swim, outdoors, music, reading, travel. I don’t smoke.
I like things to be kept clean & tidy, I’m straight forward and value direct communication.

I’m going to be starting a new job in Burgess Hill the second week of May, so hope to find somewhere starting early May, moving from outside the area.
