24 y/o professional looking for new flatmate

Hi! My name is Tiernan but I go by T and I’m 24, currently working in the education sector, and looking for a new flatmate for mid-late June. I currently live in Salford but am open to living anywhere close enough to the city centre! That said, where I currently live is very quiet despite being a 10 minute walk into town, so something similar would be great! I’m only looking for furnished accommodation, whether it’s with someone seeking a new flatmate for their current flat, or for someone who is looking to buddy-up and look for a new flat/house altogether! I’m very sociable (which I know is such a cliche but I genuinely love meeting new people and social settings) and enjoy going out with my friends most weekends, but also appreciate quiet times in and escaping to the Peak District whenever I can! I love singing so if you don’t appreciate someone who has a lot of energy and likes to sing, I won’t be the right person for you! Cleanliness is important to me and I like to have a tidy shared-living area (that said, I’m not after absolute perfection!). I’m a gay/queer man so living with someone else LGBTQ+ would be ideal. I get on really well with my current housemates and one is my best friend who I have lived with for 4 years now (we’re moving apart due to jobs), so I’d love to live with someone who I can actually be friends with, and not simply just co-exist with each other!
