A uni student going on a placement yr in Taunton

I am an undergraduate university student (finished year 2), newly starting my placement year in Taunton (TA1). I would like the property to include internet, bills included and be fully furnished. I am friendly, can easily get along with people and most importantly, clean and hygienic. I am on a tight budget and would appreciate landlords/landladies who can be flexible with their asking prices and the accommodation's start and end dates. If it helps secure the rooms/accommodation, I am prepared to put forward a deposit.
