Looking for a flat

Hello everyone,

I am a 28 year old New Zealander currently living in Tooting Broadway and my current tenancy expires at the end of March but I would be happy to move in slightly earlier. I have youth mobility visa so have the right to rent. I am a clean tidy considerate flatmate who always pays bills on time. I am happy to give references if needed to speak to this. I work in North West London in advertising. My preference would be live in north/central London. I like playing sport, card and board games and going on adventures such as hikes and trail runs. My preference would be to have a room with a bed and drawers already set up but for the right place I would be happy to move in to an empty room.
