ISO rooms for small family

My husband (he/him) and I (they/them), along with our baby and small dog are looking for a room (or rooms) to stay in for several months as we get settled after our move from the US. We're currently waiting on an update for my husband's visa, so our timeline isn't very solid at the moment. We're generally very quiet and clean, and we don't smoke. My husband is a software developer remotely so good Internet and a work space would be great. Our dog, Pancake, is a 10 year old, 3.5 kg toy poodle bichon mix, and behaves rather like a cat; she loves people and cuddling. Easy access to a garden is a must. Our baby is very laid-back and happy the majority of the time, and has rarely cried for more than 15 minutes at a time (she'll be 4 months in the beginning of May). We'd like to live with anyone who understands the importance of a baby's nap time, is relatively quiet at night, and wouldn't mind a few toys about (for both the dog and the baby).
