Looking for someone tidy to pair up from Mar

Hii there, I am Chi, a 26 year old girl who works 9-5 in Ecommerce! I just moved and I’m now living in New Maker Yards. The reason I wanted to move out already is that I have a relatively high cleanliness standard and didn’t think I match the vibe with my current flatmate - don’t worry I’m not difficult to deal with! I just don’t agree with the idea of letting your flatmate clean after you without even acknowledging that. To be more clear about my expectations: the 4th picture is how my old flat usually looked like.

I’m looking for someone to pair up with to move to another flat ideally still around this area. I will be away on holiday from mid Feb to 1st March, so my ideal move in date would be mid March onwards - however this is flexible and I’m happy to accommodate where suitable :)

My maximum budget would be £770pcm excluding the bills. Would like to buddy up with someone who doesn’t leave the lights or heating on when there’s no one at home - sorry for listing too many things here, I’m a bit traumatised by my experience 😅

I moved to Manchester from Zhejiang two years ago. I studied Intercultural Communication for my master’s degree here and now I’m working as an Ecommerce Executive. I’m tidy and easy to be around. I enjoy having a little chat with my flatmate after work and going out for a cuppa on weekends, but respect the boundaries at the same time.
